Job Summary

• Join a nationally recognized and accredited methadone treatment center dedicated to helping individuals regain control of their lives.
• We pride ourselves on treating our patients with dignity and respect throughout their treatment experience.

Essential Functions

• Conduct intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork for patients.
• Document patient progress through counseling and group interactions.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans promptly.
• Identify and address clinical/case management needs.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling as required.
• Educate patients on treatment, health issues, and recovery steps.
• Monitor patient activities on center premises and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in community relations activities and staff meetings.
• Actively engage in preparation for surveys and inspections.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education/Licensure/Certification:
  • Experience in the substance abuse field is preferred but not required.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field .
• Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 500 hours of experience in substance abuse is preferred.
• Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be dependable.
  • Basic mathematics skills.
