HPG is seeking a talented Epic Willow Inventory Analyst to join our team late April timeframe for an exciting upcoming long-term project. If you have a passion for healthcare transformation and in-depth knowledge of pharmacy and clinical workflows, this is a great opportunity!

As an HPG Epic Willow Ambulatory Inventory Analyst with our team, you will

• Collaborate with clients to implement Epic solutions and achieve project goals.
• Serve as a liaison between client IT and operational teams.
• Use project management tools and templates, maintain project plans.
• Evaluate and document current processes.
• Build, test, train, and deploy new workflows and processes.
• Track and document project outcomes.
• Mentor and train client team member.

Skills and Experience

• A minimum of five (5) years of Clinical or Healthcare Information Technology (HIT), with at lea st three (3) years or more of Epic Willow Invento ry design, hands-on build and testing.
• Epic certified or comparable experience in EpicCare Inpatient Order Entry, Willow Inpatient Pharmacy with Inventory Supply Tracking and/or Willow Inpatient Pharmacy.
• Ability and willingness to work remotely but travel weekly to and from the customer site as required by the customer.
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.
• Prior consulting experience a plus.
