Job Description

**Overview** The Senior Business Analytics Analyst will support Berry Global Analytics and leadership team across multiple levels. The successful candidate will work as a part of the Analytics Team to support for various Analytics and Data initiatives and project across multiple functional areas within the Division. The selected candidate will focus on delivering insights via data analysis from a variety of analytics dashboards and technology enhancement initiatives & projects across supported functional areas. **Responsibilities**

• Provide metrics and KPIs as needed by Business & Ops Leaders, providing insights to support current and future business operations.
• Ensures the reporting of metrics & KPIs is up to date and consistent across all Business areas.
• Create and maintain the analytics dashboards
• Ensures the reporting of metrics & KPIs is up to date and consistent across all Operational areas.
• Validate data accuracy and data quality. Quick and lasting solutions to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, if any.
• Partner and work closely with the IT team and vendors in smooth functioning of the various analytic & Tech applications.
• Performs special project work as needed
• Works cross-functionally to support business objectives, including cross-functional process enhancements, optimization, and project executions.

**Qualifications**

• Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience. Masters or MBA is a plus
• Prior experience with data mining programs like SQL, JDE, COGNOS and visualization applications desirable.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience with both internal and external data sources
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of management and internal customers
• Ability to handle confidential matters and time-sensitive material
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
