Social Media Specialist What's The Deal? A fast-paced boutique advertising agency located in the fun and exciting Midtown District of sunny Miami, Florida, is looking for a new Social Media Specialist. Our list of clients includes hotel chains, airlines, cruise lines, and rental car companies to name a few. Yes, if it wasn’t obvious by that list, we are all about travel; it’s what we love to do and what we are experts at in interactive advertising. Any requirements? The requirements are the ability to legally work in the USA and experience performing the role that you are interested in applying for. A good attitude and a desire to learn are always a plus, but having the necessary skills and experience is required. 100% English fluency is required. Objective: To apply for this position, you should be a highly motivated individual with a strong hands-on social media marketing background to join our rapidly growing Social media team. The Social Media Specialist works closely with multiple internal teams to execute social media initiatives for our portfolio of clients from start to finish. This role will manage the growth and expansion of our social media presence through engaging content and storytelling. This team member will schedule and post all content, as well as manage and respond to all comments and direct messages. This role reports directly to the Director of Social Media. Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements: 1-2 years of creative copywriter experience 1-2 years of successfully creating digital content for social media and other platforms 1-2 years of social media management experience 1-2 years of paid digital & social media experience required 1-2 years of related industry experience (creative agency, dig ital marketing, or consulting) Exceptional writing & editing skills. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills Experience with social publishing, monitoring, and digital campaign tools Experience with FB Ads Manager is a plus Experience with TikTok Ads Manager is a plus Experience with creator and influencer marketing is a plus Excitement and genuine passion for social & advertising copy Enthusiastic work ethic, team player, and career-driven WMX offers all employees a generous benefits package.
