Skilled Printing Press Operators Wages start at $21.00 or more depending on your print experience.

Quad is seeking S killed Print Operators f or multiple roles within our Wisconsin Press Departments. Positions include, but are not limited to Offset, Sheetfed, and Digital First and Second Press Operators, & Die Cutter Operators.

Paid relocation may be available for highly qualified candidates 100+ miles from the plant . Your recruiter will provide you with details.

Due to new and renewed business, Printing Press Operators are needed in the following plants in Wisconsin :

• Franklin, WI - Sheetfed Operators



• Hartford, WI - Web Offset Operators



• Sussex, WI - Web Offset Operators



• West Allis, WI - Digital & Sheetfed Operators

Do you have experience with the following equipment?

• Harris, Heidelberg, Goss, and/or Manroland Offset Presses?



• Bobst 106 Expertcut, Spanthera or Vision Cut Die Cutters?



• KBA, Heidelberg or Komori Sheetfed Presses?



• Indigo, Richoh, FUJI, or Landa Digital Presses?



• Other makes and models will also be considered.

In this position, you will need:

• Make ready and operate equipment based on the written instructions provided.



• Establish and maintain color and/or fold and mechanical quality to BPC standards.



• Continuously monitor product for quality and approve or reject.



• Direct, guide, and coordinate activities of assigned crew members to exceed production standards while maintaining customer quality.



• Perform assigned make-ready duties.



• Complete required general maintenance and lubrication assignments.



• Complete required documentation, electronic and paper, for an assigned job.



• Perform duties of other Print Service manufacturing positions as needed, following requisite training.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of previous Print Operator experience, including setup and operation.



• Strong mechanical aptitude is required.



• Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed to run the product for the highest quality in the safest manner.



• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.



• Must have the ability to utilize a computer to ensure the quality of the product.



• Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, ability to lift to 50 pounds occasionally, stand for long hours, use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, receive and follow instructions, and use vision to identify defects.

The actual rate of pay offered will vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime and shift differentials.
