What You'll Do Develop tools to enhance customer success in reliability, telemetry, performance, and scalability. Manage technical triage and incidents, including on-call responsibilities. Analyze data to identify and understand complex issues. Drive resolution of escalated technical problems. Collaborate across departments for investigation and resolution. Maintain service stability through monitoring, alerting, and health checks. Follow up on cases to ensure resolution, applying a '5 Whys' approach to uncover root causes. Implement solutions across short, medium, and long-term horizons. Communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders. Continuously learn and improve processes and skills. About You Experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related field, with a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in scripting, development, and SQL. Strong command line and IDE skills. Excellent communication skills. Proactive problem solver with a pragmatic approach. Curious and eager to learn. Humble, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset. Experience with cloud technologies. Experience in hardware companies is a plus.
