The ideal candidate will be responsible for the disassembly, testing, and reassembly of low complexity equipment, ensuring top-notch mechanical maintenance for various machines and trailers. Key Responsibilities: Disassemble, test, and reassemble low-complexity equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform mechanical maintenance on trailers and mid-sized equipment such as skid steers, front-end loaders, etc. Complete and maintain accurate test documentation, including test reports, failed test reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Ensure components are cleaned and organized after assembly. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Assist with the rig-up and rig-down of equipment in field applications when required. Engage in continuous learning and assist with more advanced functions as part of your training. Perform heavy manual labor, including lifting parts and equipment weighing over 75lbs regularly. Conduct preventive maintenance and assist with equipment cleaning, painting, and repair. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or further education is a plus. Previous experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field is preferred. Ability to lift heavy equipment and components regularly (up to 75lbs). Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to complete required reports accurately. Physical Requirements: The position involves standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment regularly (up to 75lbs).
