Job Description

Join our innovative IT team as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer and help shape and enhance our ServiceNow platform pretty much from the ground up, driving efficiency and delivering exceptional service to our organization.

The Opportunity:

  • Start: July 2025
  • Duration: 6-month, direct W2; contract position with intent to convert to a full-time employee
  • Location: Onsite, 5 days a week, in Orange, CA in a high-energy, collaborative environment

  • Compensation: **starting at $50/hr W2, higher depending on experience

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 3-5 years as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role with a broad skill set, including some development fundamentals, along with the drive to learn and grow
  • ServiceNow: Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM functionalities, and development tools.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting/automation.
  • Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow CSA or other relevant certifications.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, self-motivation, clear and effective communication, and adaptability.

What You'll Do;

  • Platform Management: Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, patches, and user management. You’ll be key in defining what ServiceNow looks like in this environment and be ground level in putting in a solid ITSM foundation, recommending and adhering to best practices, defining processes, and building services.
  • Development & Workflows: Configure applications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) that meet business needs, design and implement workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Workflow Editor.
  • Integrations and Automation : Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Optimization : Ensure data integrity, manage CMDB/ITAM, and create reports.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with ServiceNow features and identify enhancement opportunities.
