Job Description

Our client, a well-established company in Berkeley Heights, NJ is looking to hire a Service Delivery Manager to start right away!

• Position: Service Delivery Manager   
• Office Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ Hybrid - 3 day onsite / 2 remote

Responsibilities:

• Oversee service operations to ensure efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with support teams to address issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a key escalation point, coordinating issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and methodologies for service delivery.
• Monitor and report on service performance using key metrics.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and process standardization.
• Manage vendor relationships and service agreements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and SAP
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working with third-party service providers.
