Define and build frameworks to ensure that pages use SEO best practices and industry standards

- Help drive the overall technology SEO strategy

- Develop solutions to improve page relevance/richness, internal linking, and indexation rules

- Build internal tools to improve the productivity of the SEO team

- Develop data models to improve SEO elements

- Implement A/B tests to understand the effects of SEO projects and prioritize initiatives

- Work cross-functionally across other product teams to help them leverage opportunities for organic traffic growth

- Be an advocate for SEO best practices across engineering/dev teams; ensure adherence across projects

Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ years working on SEO focused projects for large scale sites (millions of pages) to help grow organic traffic through mechanisms like: internal linking, improving crawl efficiency, improving richness of a page, custom internal tooling/CMS solutions

- Passion for search/growth and desire to stay current on latest trends

- Comfortable working on fast paced, data-driven projects

- Proficiency in web stack programming, from schema design to building user-facing interfaces

- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical team members

- Team player willing to do whatever is needed TEPHRA
