Job Title: SEO/SEM Specialist (Google Ads Expert)
Location: Remote (LatAm/South Africa Preferred)
Salary: $1,800/month
Schedule: Full-time, EST hours
Hazard is seeking an experienced and highly skilled SEO/SEM Specialist to optimize Google Ads campaigns for a home building client. The ideal candidate is a data-driven digital marketer with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local lead generation strategies . This role requires a proactive, analytical, and creative problem solver who can enhance lead quality, optimize ad spend, and drive sales growth .
Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on real estate/home building lead generation .
Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversion rates, lead quality, and cost efficiency .
Experiment with ad creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting methods to improve results.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with the team to align SEM strategies with overall marketing and sales goals.
Track, report, and provide insights on key performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.) .
Stay updated on Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices .
5+ years of experience in SEO/SEM , with a strong background in Google Ads optimization .
Agency experience preferred, particularly in managing high-budget campaigns .
Proven track record of generating high-quality leads in competitive industries.
Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and make data-driven decisions .
Comfortable experimenting, iterating, and learning from campaign performance.
Experience in real estate/home building marketing is a strong plus.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in Meta Ads and other paid media platforms is a bonus.
