Blue Media Marketing is an SEO company based in San Diego, California. Our team mostly consists of SEO specialists & managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SEO specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategic SEO roadmaps for clients, aligning their goals with targeted organic growth strategies. 
• Oversee SEO execution by ensuring best practices in on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and content strategies.
• Manage website content strategy to drive targeted traffic and improve search rankings.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Act as the primary client contact for SEO initiatives, conducting regular client calls, gathering feedback, and translating client objectives into actionable SEO plans.

Experience

• Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in using CMS such as WordPress, Shopify, SquareSpace
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes
• Experience with conversion optimization techniques to improve website performance
• Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager for tracking and monitoring website performance
