Job Description

Blue Media Marketing is an SEO company based in San Diego, California. Our team mostly consists of SEO specialists & managers.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage SEO specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategic SEO roadmaps for clients, aligning their goals with targeted organic growth strategies.
Oversee SEO execution by ensuring best practices in on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and content strategies.
Manage website content strategy to drive targeted traffic and improve search rankings.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
Act as the primary client contact for SEO initiatives, conducting regular client calls, gathering feedback, and translating client objectives into actionable SEO plans.

Experience

Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role
Proficiency in using CMS such as WordPress, Shopify, SquareSpace
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes
Experience with conversion optimization techniques to improve website performance
Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager for tracking and monitoring website performance
