Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and creatively driven Senior Video Producer to join our dynamic in-house marketing team. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will be instrumental in leading and executing high-impact video projects from concept through completion. This role requires a blend of hands-on production expertise, exceptional project management skills, and a proven ability to mentor and manage a team of talented junior video producers and video content producers. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of video production quality, ensuring all content aligns with our brand strategy and effectively resonates with our target audiences across all digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership & Management:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex video projects, ensuring alignment with creative briefs, strategic objectives, and deadlines.
    • Develop detailed production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans for all video initiatives.
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks or delays.
    • Oversee all stages of video production, including pre-production (conceptualization, scripting, storyboarding, talent scouting, location scouting), production (filming, directing), and post-production (editing, motion graphics, sound design, color grading).
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:
    • Manage, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to a team of Junior Video Producers and Video Content Producers.
    • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, encouraging skill development and creative exploration within the team.
    • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring balanced workloads and optimal utilization of team strengths.
    • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of video production staff.
  • Creative Direction & Execution:
    • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to translate broad creative visions into actionable video production plans.
    • Provide hands-on expertise in filming, directing, and advanced editing, especially for high-priority or complex projects.
    • Maintain a consistent visual and narrative style across all video content, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Stay at the forefront of video production trends, techniques, and technologies, recommending innovative approaches to enhance our content.
  • Technical Excellence & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all video content meets the highest technical and creative standards before final delivery.
    • Oversee color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics integration, and final mastering processes.
    • Manage and optimize workflows for video asset management, archival, and distribution.
    • Troubleshoot technical challenges related to equipment, software, and production processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner effectively with Marketing Managers, Graphic Designers, Content Writers, and other internal stakeholders to integrate video seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and production partners when necessary, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
    • Present video concepts, progress updates, and final deliverables to internal stakeholders and senior leadership with clear rationale.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in video production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role managing other video producers or creative professionals, preferably within a corporate marketing department or agency.
  • An exceptional portfolio is required, demonstrating a diverse range of high-quality video projects, including corporate narratives, product videos, social media content, and event coverage.
  • Expert-level proficiency in professional video editing software, with a strong emphasis on DaVinci Resolve.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (for motion graphics/VFX). Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic integration is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of video production, including cinematography, lighting, advanced audio recording techniques, and scriptwriting.
  • Proven project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with experience building and developing creative teams.
  • Excellent visual storytelling capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating creative concepts and technical details clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.

Bonus Skills & Experience
  • Experience with multi-camera live broadcast setups and streaming software (e.g., OBS, vMix, Streamlabs OBS).
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D animation software.
  • Experience with virtual production tools like Unreal Engine.
  • Knowledge of sound design principles and advanced audio mixing.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles as they relate to video interfaces.
