Senior Test Analyst Location: San Francisco, CA Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience Over 6 years of IT experience focused on QA software testing Lead testing efforts for projects within the client IT landscape Oversee creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and scripts Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies during testing Proficiency with Microsoft Power App, Selenium, HP ALM, JIRA, and Test Management tools Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and document overall test strategy and test plans Manage and allocate test resources Facilitate communication between business and testing teams Identify, assess, and manage testing risks Monitor and supervise test execution Collaborate with clients to understand expectations Salary and Compensation: Applications are accepted until 05/13/2025. The annual salary ranges from [$53,477 to $92,500], depending on experience and qualifications. The position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
