Senior Recruitment Consultant

Boston (Hybrid schedule)

$60,000-$85,000 + commission and benefits

We're seeking ambitious Experienced Recruitment Consultants to work closely with our talented team and exceptional VP. Under the guidance of our inspiring managers, you’ll play a key role in supporting and driving the continued expansion of this thriving market

We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who has experience in the following:

• Helping with the candidate attraction strategy for key clients
• Winning and retaining New Business with clients across the US
• The ability to gain excellent commitment from potential clients and candidates
• Strong candidate management and candidate experience
• A passion for progressing and developing a long-term career in a fast moving sector

Essential experience:

• Proven experience and billings, working as an Experienced Recruitment Consultant
• Excellent candidate and client control skills
• Effective relationship-builder, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong administrative skills – extremely organised
• Team player, but can take on own responsibilities and prioritise workload
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
