Job Description:

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree and 5+ years of related experience
• An active TS/SCI security clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CI POLY
• 5+ years of experience with Special Access Programs (SAP)
• 5+ years of experience with Controlled Access Programs (CAP)
• 5+ years of experience with Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor and manage SAP and ACCM security programs and operations, providing status reports and recommendations for decisions.
• Obtain access to SAP and ACCM information necessary for the execution of sensitive program missions.
• Review security repositories (DISS, Scattered Castles) and nominate candidates for SAP access.
• Prepare, process, and review Program Access Requests (PARs) for accuracy and eligibility; conduct SAP indoctrinations and debriefs; submit visit requests.
• Execute and review SAP nomination Pre-Screening Questionnaires (PSQs) and related documents.
• Utilize the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) for data entry, record checks, and report generation.
• Develop and communicate solutions to internal and external customers.
• Provide technical expertise on security disciplines and operational support.
• Monitor security applications through metrics analysis and record maintenance.
• Prepare and disseminate security procedures and guidance.
• Manage project milestones and support high-visibility conferences at NGA.
• Maintain records of security actions, both digital and hardcopy.
• Liaise with DoD, IC, and other officials to stay informed on current cleared personnel.
• Prepare and deliver briefings to various audiences.
• Draft correspondence as needed.
• Oversee security operations and provide status reports and recommendations.
• Apply security principles to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Provide expertise in SAP and ACCM disciplines, personnel, and physical/industrial operations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with JADE and ICARS systems.
