Sigmatech is seeking a Senior Security Specialist to support the Delta 12 / 3rd Test and Evaluation Squadron (3TES) Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO).

This position will support the GSSO perform all required security requirements to include the following:

• Review and verify personnel security clearances
• Enforce physical, personnel, and information security controls
• Create, coordinate, manage and track internal badges
• Draft, update, coordinate and implement entry/exit policies and procedures for all facilities
• Manage all interior/exterior doors and security containers
• Draft, coordinate, implement, and maintain SCIF/SAPF opening and closing procedures
• Accomplish personnel security administrative tasks related to security requirements for Collateral and SCI
• Support all personnel security requirements IAW 5205.07 and 5200.01
• Assist with indoctrinations and security education awareness training
• Process data transfer agreements
• Conduct administrative support requirements associated with disposition and management of SAP material, and managing the SIMS database
• Process requests for MED/PED

Required Experience

High School diploma or equivalent and 8+ years additional education and/or related experience.

Relevant training (ex. STEPP/SPFC/SAPPC/SPSC/PSC) is a plus.

Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI.

Proficient with SIMS.

Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy.

Ability to excel in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location, and often contractual requirements.
