As a Senior Project Manager specializing in Water/Wastewater projects, you will lead complex infrastructure initiatives to enhance community resilience. Your role involves overseeing project execution, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. With over 15 years of construction project management experience, you will deliver timely, high-quality outcomes that align with owner expectations.

  • Manages all aspects of the project, from construction to budget and cash management, ensuring everything aligns with the project contract and owner requirements.  
  • Develops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing needs, and equipment resources to ensure timely and accurate project completion.  
  • Reviews initial project contracts and supporting documents for completeness, and collaborates with the owner to resolve any specification, contract conflicts, and scheduling issues.  
  • Leads engineering and scheduling teams to identify and negotiate proposed change orders, with support from the Area Manager as needed.  
  • Prepares and presents monthly cost and revenue forecasts and reports to Flatiron leadership.  
  • Maintains strong working relationships with Flatiron supporting departments and the project owner to support the project work plan and payment schedule.  
  • Serves as the main point of contact for all third-party stakeholders, including landowners, local business owners, and government agencies involved in the project.
