Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV / Remote Option

Employment Type: 6+ Month W2 Contract-to-Hire (No C2C or Sponsorship Available)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in casino operations and low-voltage infrastructure to lead large-scale projects across multiple properties. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction project management, structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, and network infrastructure.

This role involves overseeing multiple casino infrastructure projects from inception to completion, managing budgets, coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and mentoring junior project managers. Experience in casino environments, along with an understanding of property operations and key stakeholders, is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead casino infrastructure projects, including structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, and buildouts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with contractors, network engineers, and construction teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and present status reports and PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers and enforce professional project management standards.
• Travel to project sites for major milestones (kick-off, 50% completion, 75% completion, and final completion). Up to 20 weeks of travel per year.

Requirements:

• Casino operations experience – Understanding of property infrastructure and key stakeholders.
• Construction project management experience, ideally in low-voltage environments.
• Strong budget management skills with the ability to take full ownership of project financials.
• Experience in structured cabling, access control, and surveillance system deployments.
• Task-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to enforce professional project management standards in a technician-heavy industry.
