You will Employee Relations and Talent Management: Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and policy violations Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, promoting a positive and respectful work environment Document all investigation findings and actions taken, providing guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions Coach and advise managers on complex employee relations issues across multiple business units Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws (ADA, FMLA, EEO, OSHA, FLSA) and conduct regular audits Maintain employee records and update handbooks/policies Develop and deliver compliance and HR training programs Audit FLSA requirements including time-tracking and overtime compliance HR Support: Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership Support organizational change, compensation/benefits analysis, and employee engagement initiatives Lead special projects related to culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee experience Facilitate exit interviews and analyze turnover trends Streamline and improve HR processes and workflows Operations Support: Address unique HR challenges in warehouse environments and contingent workforce management Partner with Operations leadership on workforce planning and optimization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in multi-site environments Strong knowledge of employment laws and proven experience in investigations and talent acquisition Experience with high volume contingent workforce management preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities High degree of Business Acumen. Able to quickly learn a business and support broader business goals with a People team lens. Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification preferred The US base salary range for this position (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits):
