Our power generation market is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a Senior Electrical Power Engineer to support natural gas and renewable energy projects, serving as Owner’s Engineer and/or Advisor. Preferred locations include: Austin, Ann Arbor, Boise, Bismarck, Billings, Charlotte, Chicago, Denver, Irvine, Fort Worth, Houston, Honolulu, Kansas City, Madison, Minneapolis, Missoula, Omaha, Phoenix, Portland, Richmond, Raleigh, Sacramento, San Diego, Seattle, Spokane, St. Louis, Syracuse. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in power generation and distribution, protection and motor control design, power system studies, and related areas. Responsibilities include leading design projects, mentoring engineers, managing client relationships, and supporting proposals. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) with an Electrical Power emphasis. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical power generation design. Experience with power plant systems, including simple cycle and combined cycle. Strong communication and leadership skills.
