About the Role We are seeking a Senior Electrical Power Engineer to support our growth in the power generation market. The role involves developing, contracting, and implementing natural gas and renewable energy projects, serving as Owner’s Engineer and/or Advisor. Responsibilities Lead teams in power generation design projects, including protection, control, and distribution systems. Mentor junior engineers and support client relationships. Lead proposal writing, fee estimation, and project planning. Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Power emphasis); Master's preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in power generation and distribution design. Experience with power plant systems, protection, and control design. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, PLS CAD, etc.). PE license required.
