We are seeking to expand our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) -Technology Industry Group team. With over 10,000 professionals worldwide, A&M leverages a strong operational heritage and a hands-on approach to help organizations address complex business challenges and maximize value. The Technology Industry Group is a rapidly growing segment with high growth projections for the next 2-4 years.
Our PEPI practice focuses on serving upper middle market and large-cap private equity firms, helping improve operational results at portfolio companies typically valued between $50 million and over $1 billion.
What will you be doing?
Our structured approach aims to create and capture value through various services including performance management, mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and alliances. The team is involved throughout the deal lifecycle, from pre-deal operational reviews to post-deal integration and turnaround plans. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications:
The salary range is $100,000 - $170,000 annually, plus discretionary bonuses based on performance and other variables. We encourage qualified candidates to apply promptly as we recruit continuously.
