As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $12.00 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter potential security-related issues.
• Document and report any incidents, unusual observations, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
