Industry-Leading Full-Time Opportunity

• $27/hour


• Guaranteed minimum earnings:  $45,000/year


• Full-time:  Minimum 1,730 hours per year  (year-round)


• Paid 8 hours/day for 170 school days


• PTO + Holiday Pay + Full Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Drive assigned  school routes, field trips, activities, and charters


• Support  summer programs and community events


• Flexible schedule (up to 6 days/week including some weekends or holidays)


• A dvance into motorcoach driving  with paid training

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class B  with Passenger & School Bus endorsements (no Airbrake restriction)


• Must pass:
  
  
  
  • Pre-employment drug test  (and random testing)
  
  
  • DOT physical & physical assessment
  
  
  • Road test  with a state-certified examiner
  
  
  • Paid behind-the-wheel training  provided

About Voigt's Bus

Founders Norbert (Norb) and Mercedes (Sadie) Voigt started Voigt's Bus Service, Inc. in 1947, with 1 school bus transporting 25 children from the St. Augusta, MN community. Our first year of service was the 1947-48 school year.
In 1960 Voigt’s purchased their first motor coach, a 1953 Flexible and began motor coach charter work. .
Grandpa Norb always said, “Good equipment is your best form of advertising. Keep a good driver behind the wheel and make sure our buses and coaches are cleaned to perfection before every trip. That’s what will keep people coming back.”

The company has grown from the original six motor coaches into a thriving charter and school bus business. We currently operate more than 100 buses and are located in two facilities in Fridley and St. Cloud.

Salary/Compensation: $27.00 per hour
