TCS Student Transportation seeks professional and compassionate School Bus Drivers to join our team!
Make a difference in people's lives within your community. We provide safe, timely, courteous, and affordable assisted transportation. We do not require any professional driving experience and will train you to start a new, stable, and successful career.

School Bus Driver Requirements:
- Applicants must hold a valid CDL with Passenger and School bus endorsements.
- Applicants should have a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and drug screen.
- Ability to maintain outstanding attendance.
- Must be able to communicate professionally with staff, students, and parents with priority placed on customer service.
Day to Day for our School Bus Drivers:
- Perform required pre-and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain safe driving practices, prioritizing defensive driving and student safety.
- Complete student attendance daily.
- Keep company equipment clean and free of damage.
- Work with the routing team and provide feedback on assigned routes including accurate pickup/drop off times, route path, and stop locations.
- Professional interactions and conflict resolutions with students and parents
