Job Description

Sanitation Supervisor
We're seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead our sanitation team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance in our food production facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and execute the Master Sanitation Schedule and SSOPs.
• Lead, train, and schedule sanitation team members.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, and GMP standards.
• Manage chemical inventory, pest control, and allergen control programs.
• Collaborate with QA, Production, and Maintenance to align sanitation with operations.
• Maintain audit readiness and accurate documentation.
• Track sanitation KPIs and drive continuous improvement. 2:30PM-2:30AM Availability required
Note: This is a highly hands-on role with minimal desk work. The supervisor is expected to be actively present on the production floor, working closely with the sanitation team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of sanitation experience in food manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and CMMS platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in wet, chemical-exposed environments.
• Frequent standing, bending, and reaching.
