Sales Representative – Solar Energy | Uncapped Earnings + Training + Bonuses

Company:   Prosolar

Job Type:   Full-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation:   Up to $300,000/year (Commission + Bonuses + Incentives)

Schedule Options:  4-Hour or 8-Hour Shifts Available

  What You’ll Do:

• Be on the   frontlines of lead generation   and customer acquisition
  

• Educate homeowners   on how solar works and how it can eliminate their electric bills
  

• Conduct   in-home energy consultations   based on utility bill assessments
  

• Explain   government incentives   and long-term benefits of switching to solar
  

• Utilize a variety of outreach strategies including door-to-door canvassing, calls, emails, and events
  

• Represent Prosolar with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
  

• Master our   CRM system and sales tools   to track and close high-ticket deals ($20K–$100K)
  

• Earn the trust of clients, guiding them confidently through the solar transition
  

• Close deals at your pace once you’re ready (typical ramp-up: 2 weeks to 2 months)
