Our products are listed with the major national retailers from companies in home improvement such as Home Depot and Lowe’s to even general merchandise retailers such as Target and Walmart. Your role would be to grow our existing business thru in-store programs as well as generate new leads and accounts.

 

Sales Lead Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Enter in-store programs and grow our existing client base
  • Identify and target new potential customers, expanding our client base.
  • Cultivate connections and manage our existing network of sales representatives, ensuring that we capture all promotional events and activities (in-store + online)
  • Comprehend customer requirements and customize product or service solutions accordingly.
  • Manage and prioritize leads within the sales pipeline for efficient follow-up.
  • Get to know our products deeply, create sales presentations, and provide demos
  • Work in tandem with our online & eCommerce sales efforts to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Provide valuable insights to improve sales strategies and product development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Sales Lead Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or possess equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to establish and sustain client relationships.
  • Effective negotiation and presentation abilities to close deals successfully.
  • Efficient lead management using CRM best practices.
  • Showcase a results-driven approach with a proven history of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify customer needs.
  • An in-depth understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
