Role Description: Key Responsibilities:? Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyze processes for automation opportunities.? Conduct thorough process mapping, including current state (as-is) and future state (to-be) designs.? Define business requirements for automation initiatives and work with technical teams to translate these requirements into functional specifications.? Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or other relevant technologies.? Lead workshops and interviews with business users to gather, document, and prioritize automation requirements.? Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure business needs are understood and translated into actionable solutions.? Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring successful collaboration and alignment throughout the automation lifecycle.? Support change management efforts by training end-users and creating documentation to ensure a smooth transition to automated processes.? Ensure all stakeholders are informed about the change's automation will bring and guide them through the adoption process.? Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements.Key Skills & Qualifications:o Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role having experience focused on automation projects (RPA, GenAI, or workflow automation).o Strong experience in process mapping, business requirements gathering, and functional specification creation.o Familiarity with AI-driven automation solutions, machine learning, and other advanced automation technologies is a plus.o Excellent understanding of business processes, workflow management, and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement through automation.o Ability to document and communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.o Experience with Agile methodologies or Scrum is preferred.o Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management.o Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
