We are seeking to hire an experienced Roofing Sales Manager !

We are a state wide roofing contractor and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both insurance and retail sales, with a proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing territory assignments, conducting product demos, and negotiating contracts to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific markets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Oversee territory management to ensure optimal coverage and customer engagement.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or technical sales is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Experience in managing a sales team or territory management is highly desirable.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
