Job Description

Look around you today, every store, home, hospital, school, was made possible by the coordination of architects and a team of professionals. They are charged with the responsibility of creating our shelters and yet, they are left with nothing more than Excel to manage their work. We're here to change that.

What is Monograph?

Monograph is a firm performance management platform for architecture and engineering practices. Firms use Monograph to make quick and confident decisions about budgeting and resources to drive their practices forward.

Why Work at Monograph?

People first:  Core to the team, we believe in people first, curiosity, and empathy. You'll be a culture ambassador and deploy your genuine value for relationships to drive success and happiness.

Build a company that will redefine architecture:  Project management is just the beginning...we have big ambitions to help facilitate the entire design process from becoming the document source of truth to coordinating with consultants. You can shape the future of building design.

Work with some of the best product people in the world: We’re an innovative team of highly productive individual contributors with a strong design background. You will be doing some of the best work of your life.

About the Role We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to streamline, optimize, and scale our revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, customer experience, and finance—helping to build a seamless and data-driven approach to how we engage with customers. You’ll be responsible for sales process optimization, analytics, automation, and tooling to ensure our go-to-market teams are operating efficiently and effectively.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll play a key role in enabling our teams to hit revenue goals, uncover insights, and drive strategic decision-making. We’re looking for someone with an ownership mentality—someone who takes initiative, thrives on accountability, and is eager to drive lasting impact across the organization. Additionally, this role will manage one Sales Operations team member, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.

Location Requirement: We have a preference for candidates located in San Francisco, CA or Phoenix, AZ, but we are open to fully remote work with occasional travel to collaborate in person with key stakeholders as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize our revenue tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper, and other key platforms, from negotiation to operational maintenance.
  • Work closely with leadership to provide strategic recommendations and insights that enhance revenue performance and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure seamless integration between sales, marketing, and customer experience tools.
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics, reporting, and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Design, manage, and enforce sales processes ensuring they align with business objectives and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing to analyze channel performance and optimize demand generation strategies.
  • Support compensation planning, forecasting, and incentive models to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Partner with finance on pipeline forecasting, commissions, and revenue tracking.
  • Manage one Sales Operations team member, providing mentorship, support, and ensuring alignment on key priorities.
  • Execute special projects to refine and scale operations, driving continuous improvement in revenue processes.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce administration, reporting, and automation.
    • Certification(s) ADM201 preferred.
  • Experience administering sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Gong, or Chili Piper.
  • Data-driven with a passion for uncovering insights and presenting clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Possess an ownership mentality—willing to take responsibility, proactively solve problems, and drive meaningful impact.
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members, ensuring their growth and success.
  • Curious about emerging sales and marketing technologies and always looking for ways to improve efficiency.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with SQL, Metbase is a plus.

Why Monograph?

  • Fully remote work environment, or in-person out of Phoenix, AZ.
  • Competitive salary and equity.
  • A culture of curiosity, autonomy, and impact.
  • The opportunity to help shape the future of revenue operations at a growing company.

If you’re excited about driving impact in a high-growth environment and optimizing revenue operations for a mission-driven company, we’d love for you to apply.
