Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Brand Ambassador to join our team, our ideal candidate is someone passionate about sales and customer engagement. We take pride in offering top-notch products and personalized service that keeps our customers coming back for more.

What You’ll Do:

As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our brands. Your mission? To create memorable in-store experiences, build lasting relationships with customers, and drive sales through your passion and product knowledge. You will assist customers daily with their purchases, sign-ups, and billing issues and most important learn about our products to provide accurate information about their features and pricing to our customers to help drive sales and give customers solutions.

  • Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience (Preferred)

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work flexible scheduling.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Positive attitude and outlook.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Physical ability to remain standing for the majority of an eight-hour shift.
  • Relative work experience in any of the following roles: Retail, Food and beverage, Customer
  • service, Brand management, Product Representation

Duties:

  • Represent our brands with a high level of knowledge and customer service abilities
  • Engage with potential customers to create brand awareness and generate leads
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about the brand's products or services
  • Distribute promotional materials and samples to target audience and increase sales
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to improve brand positioning and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and execute event marketing plans

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and customer service abilities
  • Ability to effectively market and promote products or services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in event marketing or product demos is a plus
