Description: We are hiring a Residential Service Plumber at Standard Heating, Cooling and Plumbing!

We’re continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Service Plumber to join our team in Birmingham, AL .

• Perform residential plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, repairs, and installations
  
   
• Clear and repair drains and sewer lines using proper tools and equipment (cable machines, hydro-jets, and cameras)
  
   
• Diagnose leaks, replace fixtures, and ensure systems meet safety and code standards
  
   
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain plumbing issues and present solutions
  
   
• Provide top-quality service with attention to detail and customer satisfaction
  
   
• Maintain a professional appearance and properly care for company vehicle and tools
  
   
• Complete work orders accurately using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)

• Valid Alabama Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber License
  
   
• 2+ years of residential plumbing or drain service experience preferred
  
   
• Strong knowledge of drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line diagnostics
  
   
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  
   
• Experience selling or presenting plumbing and drain solutions is a plus
  
   
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  
   
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  
   

$26–$35 per hour, depending on experience + potential incentives

Full-time, Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call availability
