Job Title: Resident Care Assistant

Med Tech certification is preferred, but we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow in this rewarding field. Key Responsibilities: - Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Administer medications as directed and monitor residents for any changes in health status. - Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive and engaging environment. - Maintain accurate records of resident care and report any concerns to the nursing staff. - Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest quality of care is provided. Skills and Qualifications: - Med Tech certification preferred. - Previous experience in a caregiving role is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Compassionate and patient demeanor. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
