Insight Global is seeking a Remote Outbound Member Engagement Representative for a client that is one of the largest telehealth network of registered dietitians in the country. The goal of this company is to help people make healthier changes to their lifestyle by meeting with a Registered Dietitian virtually. This is a free benefit through their specific insurance, and your role will be to call and follow up with active members who have recently completed their first consultation. We want to ensure the members are continuing to meet their health goals so booking follow up appointments is vital to their success! You will check in to see how their experience was and the goal is to get them on the RD’s books for additional appointments.

You will have weekly appointment scheduling quotas that you will be required to hit, so this person needs to be comfortable working daily in a high-volume calling environment. You are following up to re-engage with active members, so your ability to connect with people is crucial!

The main responsibilities include:

* Make 100+ outbound calls daily to active members to get them scheduled for follow-up appointments

* Follow a call script without sounding like you are reading off of it- making it sound like your own and be engaging on the phone

* Hit the daily goal of getting 55+ follow up appointments booked (4 appointments per person)

* Address any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition, and escalate any issues to the team leader, as needed

Must Haves:

All candidates must have reliable personal computer or laptop running Windows 11 with at least 8GB of RAM OR the MacOS 12.7.4 or higher (no Chromebooks allowed)

Experience in a high-volume outbound calling role with the ability to make 150+ calls a day without getting burned out

Tech Savvy- ability to learn new systems quick and navigate multiple tools at once

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Ability to work independently but efficiently from home with the willingness to adapt- this is a start-up environment, and things are constantly changing!

Plusses:

Bilingual in English AND Spanish

Experience utilizing an automated dialing system

Proficient in Google Suite applications

Previous experience working in healthcare or a strong passion for health and wellness

$16/hr to $17/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
