Position: Remote Medical Benefits Rep.

• Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
• Paid Training!!!
• Equipment Provided
• Start Date: TBD
• TEXAS State Residents ONLY APPLY

Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. Monday through Friday (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours.)

What you’ll do:

• Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls assisting patients
• Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits
• Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy
• Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage
• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller
• Ensure compliance with HIPPA and federal health care program guidelines
• Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs
• Follow company policies and procedures

Must have: Must have a minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
• Adhere to all company required KPI'S
• Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and wired Modem access  REQUIRED
• Mobile hot spots are not accepted
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• HS Diploma/Equivalent
• Must live in or near Irving, TX to be considered
• Must be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX.
