Position: Release Manager Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid) Duration: Multi Year Renewable Contract Overview: The Health Connector is seeking an experienced professional with at least eight years of experience to support the implementation of technology initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of business needs and functions, the ability to liaise with subject matter experts, review project and requirements documentation, and perform impact assessments. Experience with software development lifecycles, implementations, and integrations, along with strong project and task management skills, are essential. This position involves managing, planning, organizing, and controlling all operations and activities of large IT projects at varying levels of complexity. Key duties include: Managing projects of varying size and complexity and possibly overseeing multiple projects to ensure proper management Creating and maintaining project plans Ensuring that user and project team member roles and responsibilities are defined Coordinating and monitoring activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Ensuring that user requirements, deliverables, and approvals are defined and documented Communicating project status Promoting the use of PMI best practices Ensuring the delivery of a product that meets user requirements Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the Health Connector regarding release management and implementation of third-party vendor solutions Facilitate workshops with agency subject matter experts (SMEs) and Health Connector vendors to gather and document detailed business requirements Represent the Health Connector in third-party vendor discussions regarding system changes Liaise with third-party vendors and agency SMEs to support implementation, testing, triage, and issue resolution Identify, triage, and solve project issues and perform Go-live readiness assessments Work with internal and external implementation leads to address project issues and mitigate risk Develop and maintain an integrated implementation schedule with goals, milestones, and all aspects of the SDLC Exhibit strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills May oversee business analysts assigned to projects Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or a related field Minimum 8 years of business analyst experience Minimum 5 years of project management experience Former local, state, or federal government experience preferred Experience with State-Based Marketplaces preferred Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office 365 #J-18808-Ljbffr TalentBurst
