The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the deployment of software releases across multiple environments while ensuring high-quality delivery and minimal disruption. This role demands exceptional technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to collaborate across teams. The Release Manager will oversee release planning, scheduling, technical oversight, and continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Release Management : Plan, schedule, and coordinate the deployment of software releases across different environments (development, staging, and production). Define and maintain release management processes, including continuous integration/delivery pipelines and deployment strategies. Manage dependencies and risks related to software releases, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Technical Oversight : Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues that arise during release cycles. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and improve release quality. Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as the primary point of contact for all release-related activities and updates. Facilitate communication and alignment between engineering, product management, and operations teams. Communicate release plans, schedules, and post-release performance metrics to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner. Environment Management : Ensure the stability and consistency of environments, including development, staging, testing, and production. Coordinate with DevOps teams to maintain infrastructure readiness and automate deployment pipelines. Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, speed, and reliability of software deployments. Drive the adoption of tools and methodologies that foster continuous improvement and best practices in release management. Required Skills & Qualifications : Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Java technology stack, including frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate . Hands-on experience with .NET development, including familiarity with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). Experience with Kafka and React . Release Management : Proven track record of managing software release cycles, from planning to execution. Strong understanding of continuous integration and delivery practices and tools. Problem-Solving & Communication : Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues during release cycles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and effectively convey technical and non-technical information to stakeholders.
