What You’ll Do - Deliver high-quality clinical care and nursing oversight in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods.
- Partner with compassionate caregivers, physicians, and family members to create a positive and personalized care experience.
- Assess, plan, and coordinate care to ensure residents’ health, comfort, and dignity.
- Administer medications, perform routine wellness checks, and maintain accurate medical documentation.

Qualifications - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
