In this role, you’ll function interdependently with the surgeon during surgical procedures, emphasizing intraoperative care and perioperative and postoperative responsibilities. This position is in conjunction with the general Surgery Department RN role and offers a unique opportunity to enhance surgical care outcomes. We value teamwork, surgical precision, and clinical expertise in delivering patient-centered care. *Patient Care & Treatment * Offer holistic and patient-centered nursing care, focusing on the unique needs of surgical patients and their families. This includes providing intraoperative assistance, conducting perioperative assessments, and evaluating postoperative outcomes. Prioritize safety, empathy, and collaboration in every aspect of care. *Collaborative Teamwork * This role involves working closely with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient procedures while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
