JOB SUMMARY

The Coordinator of Performance Improvement will function as a primary source for data abstraction, analysis, and validation, ensuring the CMO, CNO, Quality director, and other responsible/accountable parties are aware of trends and outliers in a timely manner. The Coordinator of Performance Improvement will support the RCA process, specifically related to the tracking and compliance of action items. The Coordinator of Performance Improvement will also support the Leapfrog program. The Coordinator of Performance Improvement will assist in facilitating various groups and teams through performance improvement initiatives utilizing the appropriate performance improvement process to accomplish established goals and objectives and/or identified improvement opportunities. The Coordinator of Performance Improvement will demonstrate excellent customer service in that his/her attitude, actions, and intent are always consistent with the standards contained in the Vision, Mission, and Values of Carroll Hospital.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years Health care experience in a hospital center Required
  • RN - Registered Nurse required
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
