Job Description

Arena Direct Hire has partnered with a fast-growing construction firm located in the Eastern LA suburbs to help hire a Recruiting Manager. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving full-cycle talent acquisition across field, PM, and corporate functions.

Role Overview

The Recruiting Manager will take full ownership of internal hiring operations. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and optimizing the ATS. This is a strategic position that reports directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with department leads.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience hiring for construction, operations, or fast-paced field-based environments
  • Comfortable owning requisitions from intake to onboarding
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one other sourcing tool
  • Skilled in using ATS platforms and generating recruiting performance reports
  • Familiar with OFCCP compliance and DEI best practices
  • High emotional intelligence, strong time management, and ability to prioritize across departments
  • Local to Southern California and available to work on-site
