Overview

As Assistant Operations Manager, youll work alongside the Operations Manager and Branch Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, strong client relationships, and consistent delivery of staffing solutions. This role blends recruiting, client service, and leadership, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on both our employees and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates to maintain a strong and reliable talent pool.
• Manage payroll, compliance, and employee records while ensuring all processes meet company and legal standards.
• Support sales efforts by uncovering new business opportunities and strengthening client partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Monitor recruiting strategies, service delivery, and branch performance to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Represent TRC with professionalism and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
