We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 6-month contract (potential to transition into perm) in Channelview, TX. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for industrial and manufacturing positions, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with managers to deliver effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and industry platforms.
• Screen and interview candidates for skills and fit.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and reference checks.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
What You Bring:
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in industrial/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to source and fill roles quickly.
• Knowledge of onboarding and compliance processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
This position requires legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
