Job Description

Salary: $46,080 - 61,360 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
• Proven background in customer support, ideally in a technology or SaaS setting.
• Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification must be provided before starting.
• Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
• Ability to analyze intricate problems, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions.
• Minimum of 2 days a week in-office work, 4 hours per day.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote work.

• Provide outstanding technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
• Troubleshoot and address complex software issues via phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance.
• Apply our prosperity principles to deliver tailored customer solutions.
• Advocate for Mid-Market customers, showcasing ownership of their success.
• Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to convey client feedback and enhance products and customer experience.
• Foster high-quality customer interactions that build trust and confidence.
• Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market sector to innovate unique service models leveraging industry expertise.
• Assist clients in navigating advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities, building their capabilities in invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll.
• Remain informed on all QuickBooks Online updates and new features to act as a reliable advisor, showcasing a commitment to expertise.
