Job Description

Salary: $46,040 - 61,360 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, ideally including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
• Proven background in customer support, preferably in a tech or SaaS setting.
• Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to starting.
• Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, determine root causes, and effectively communicate solutions.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model, requiring at least 2 days in the office for 4 hours each.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) needed for remote work.

• Provide exceptional technical and consulting support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate software-related issues via phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance.
• Implement our Prosperity Principles in customer solutions.
• Serve as the voice for Mid-Market customers, taking ownership of their success.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience.
• Foster high-quality customer interactions that build confidence.
• Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to develop innovative service models using industry expertise.
• Guide clients in utilizing advanced functions of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping strategies, account setup, payroll, and more, to support their prosperity.
• Keep up-to-date with all updates, features, and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to serve as a reliable advisor.
