3-8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Ci Design, Inc. (Ci) seeks dynamic and vibrant professionals who can share their unique talents and make their mark within our growing and highly collaborative architectural firm which works in several thriving markets with practices in science and technology, mixed-use and residential, mission critical, workplace and industrial manufacturing. Within each of these practices, our team provides exceptional services in architecture, planning, landscape design, experiential graphics and branding, lab and manufacturing planning, interior design, procurement, strategy and change management.

Ci is seeking a highly experienced industry professional to contribute to our architectural projects in our Boston office. This role is designed for a professional capable of managing complex architectural projects and contributing significantly to design and execution phases.

Responsibilities, Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Experience with Mission Critical and Data Center facilities is preferred
  • Oversee the preparation and technical design aspects of major projects
  • Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions to meet client needs
  • Oversee design and planning studies, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants
  • Produce and review comprehensive project specifications
  • Handle complex assignments requiring new or improved techniques and procedures
  • Offer technical guidance to less experienced architects
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into designs
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proven ability in reviewing and interpreting completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
  • Advanced proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, AdobeCreative Suite and Rhino etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets
  • Offer technical guidance to less experienced architects
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving
