Salary: $75,000 - $82,000 per year

Job Details Job Details:
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance of all subcontractors, managing AIA Form G702,703, and SOV, and ensuring that all construction activities are compliant with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the review of borrower submitted construction loan draw and the compliance of all outstanding loans
2. Knowledgeable of contractor/subcontractor pay applications, such as G702,703, and SOV
3. Firm understanding of construction contracts, vendor invoices, and lien waivers
4. Responsible for servicing and managing outstanding loans
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of experience in the construction/real estate industry as an administrator, construction analyst, or compliance analyst
2. Proven experience working with contractor/subcontractors
3. Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards, particularly those relating to construction
4. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve compliance issues
