Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized follow-ups as needed.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including assisting with inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage details.
Educate clients on available insurance options through a needs-based approach.
Communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs while contributing to the growth of the business.
Attend marketing events to network, identify potential clients, and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:

Passionate about building lasting client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License.
Ability to obtain Life and Health License.
Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
A customer-focused approach to selling products and services based on individual needs.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
